Do you do repairs on other company's products?
Maybe. Repair work is not a big part of our business but we love to help our customers keep old analog circuits going so send us an email describing your need and we will see if we can help you.
Is there a warranty on Antifōn Audio's products?
Antifōn Audio offers a one year warranty on all products, but there are some limitations: basically, if the pedal has been damaged because the customer plugged in the wrong power supply, tried to modify the circuit in any way, spilt water on it while in operation, or abused it in any unnatural way (e.g., running it over with a car), then the warranty will be considered void. Antifōn Audio will cover any supplier-side issue such as defective parts or assembly. In the latter case we will repair the item and return it to the customer at our own expense. Shipping the product for repair will be refunded after the repair.
What is your refund policy?
Antifōn Audio offers a 1 week refund policy, starting after the customer receives their product. We know when you receive the product from the tracking number we provide during shipping. A 20% restocking fee will apply against the refunded amount because we cannot sell used products as new ones.
How much time should I expect to wait before shipping and receiving my order?
We try to keep some minimum stock of each product ready to ship at any point in time, and Friday is our shipping day, so hopefully it will be shipped by then (barring provincial or national holidays). Delivery times obviously vary depending on your location. If we get a sudden rush of orders though for the same product, then we have to order more parts and, in this case you can expect to wait about 6 weeks before shipping.
What are the shipping costs?
Customers pay for shipping as well as any import duties and both of these obviously vary. Antifōn Audio does not lie about the value or nature of the product in shipping documents, so please do not ask.
